Here’s some great FREE activity sessions for your families’ children/ clubs to get involved in; we’ve worked with hundreds of sports clubs and schools and we have had amazing feedback!  The sessions are being fully funded by Coity Higher Community Council and are for the children of Coity, Pendre and Litchard.

Are you ready for a Summer of Fun with Forces Fitness, funded by Coity Higher Community Council.

The Summer of Fun will be looking to engage families, children and their friends ages 7+  for some activity sessions through the summer holidays! The Sessions are going to be held at Coity Recreation playing field (behind the Church and near the castle in Coity).  The sessions are completely FREE to attend and for ages 7+ including parents/ guardians and siblings and funded by Coity Higher Community Council.

The sessions will be amazing, fun and will comprise of mini obstacle courses, Gladiator pupil challenges, Dodge Ball, Capture the Flag, Military Command tasks, Tug of War, water challenges and loads of team fun and games that people of all ages can get involved with and make you smile and have a great summer of fun!
